I got to thinking this morning, and there was something I really needed to say so here goes:
We, as humans, are imperfect. You have done things in your life that you regret. I have as well.
There is, however, one aspect of us that remains perfect: The ability to learn and grow from our experiences and to move forward.
There will be times when some people will only see you as *you model 6*, when you've become *you model 21* at this point in your life.
When that happens, step to the side and keep moving. If they're meant to be part of your journey, they will.
Constantly being reminded of who you WERE prevents you from being who you are NOW.
If anyone out there is reading this thinking "Well, I'm not who I want to be NOW"...you should message me, and I can help you get there.

I'm a professional health coach who has helped several doctors take people off medications!
I have a loving husband who is also perfectly imperfect and is one of the greatest souls I've known, and I have two beautiful kids with great questioning minds of their own and one really smart questioner step son.
This all came about in the process of my evolution, and I will continue to evolve.
The only constant is change.

It's been proven time and time again that a plant based diet is the healthiest diet humans can eat.
As your health coach, I would help you get more plant based, whole food nutrition in so we could get the bad stuff (heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc) OUT.
I am going to create a system for you to eliminate animal products.
Try this. I will post a new goal bi-weekly. All you have to do is add the new goal to the old goals every other week.
(if we were working one-on-one, we'd discuss any troubles you'd had along the way, I'd give you tips and tricks to help, and we'd measure your results :)
Eliminate all processed meat. That's it...just remove sausage, ham, bacon, (Yes, I know...bacon...but man, even the fumes from that stuff cause cancer!) lunchmeat, spam (because who knows what it really is lol), hotdogs, corned beef, beef jerky, bologna, pepperoni, etc. Read the label!!! You're looking to cut out anything that has sodium nitrates or nitrites.
